Q: How do we choose which equipment is right for our home?
A: Garage Door Depot's owner, Phil Green, will come to your home or business to discuss your needs and provide brochures from which you can choose your door and optional equipment. Measurements will be taken and you will be provided with a written estimate.
Q: Once a door is chosen, how long will it be until it is installed?
A: If a standard door is ordered, the time between placing the order and installation is usually 7 to 10 days. If a custom door is ordered, this time frame will vary depending on the manufacturer. We make every effort to get your door installed in as timely a manner as possible.
Q: What is your warranty period?
A: Garage Door Depot fully warrantees all equipment and installations for one year. Manufacturer's warranties vary. Please refer to the owner's manual for specific terms and conditions.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept Checks, Visa, and Mastercard, and we offer a discount to customers paying with money-orders or cash.
Q: My door is making an unusual noise. What should I do?
A: Call us, we may be able to diagnose it over the phone.
Q: My door is not working. What should I do?
A: Call us, we may be able to diagnose it over the phone. If not, we will schedule a service call to repair it.
